We adopt the UNDRIP framework, applying its principles to our corporate policies and activities involving Indigenous peoples and their lands. This includes seeking prior consent, providing mentoring support for Indigenous interns, educating non-indigenous clients, partnering with Indigenous communities, artists, and content creators, and supporting Indigenous architects through scholarships and mentorship programs.
